Will was born and raised right here in Avalon, NJ and knows the area as well as anybody. Will’s experience in the real estate world stretches far back before he actually began working for Compass. Will’s father being a broker resulted in him being familiar with real estate terminology and process from a young age. Following his father around from deal to deal was always interesting to him and ultimately lead to him following in the same footsteps. Will attended St. Augustine preparatory school while working at his family’s restaurant, Uncles Bill’s Pancake House in the summers.
