Chris joins the Beach-to-Bay team having been involved in Avalon & Stone Harbor real estate at every level- buyer, seller, new home designs/builds, existing home renovations, and of course resident living. He partners with brother and fellow Lafayette Leopard Craig Worton, and follows in his father’s footsteps, who was in commercial real estate. Chris brings both theory and practice to his work on the island, having earned his MBA at Penn State- State College, with a focus on real estate, banking, and finance. His passion and interest is in design, enhancement, and maximizing value. Chris is excited to help you find your dream home or investment property, and will leverage his core values of honesty, patience, creativity, and active listening to make it so.
